Admissions to Reception

Leeds City Council manage the admission of all Reception places for children starting school in September. 

If your child was born between September 1st 2020 and July 31st 2021, they will be eligible to begin school in September 2025. You should receive a letter at the end of October. If you do not receive a letter, you can apply online. The deadline for applying for your child to start school in September 2025 is 15th January 2025. The window for application opens on 1st November 2024.
